Welcome to Visions of Hope. Visions was founded and created in 2004 by Sally Marks the owner and Executive Director. Visions of Hope is a for profit agency in corporate with the State of North Carolina and endorsed to provide the following services
- Community Support-Adult-Children/ Adolescents
- Team Diagnostic Assessment
- Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment
- Intensive In-Home Services
The creation of Visions of Hope was driven by the need to craft a service delivery style that was consumer and family driven whereby the individual and family would be the architect of their care. We believe that if individual and families are in charge of their care, they will be more committed to making the changes they want. We are an agency that as designed “to be of service”. Our whole purpose is to meet children, youth, and families where they are and to assist them where they ant to go. Those who become involved with VOH join an exciting and passionate organization that is committed to continuous program improvement. We provide excellent training and support for our staff. We want people working for the program to enjoy their training and bring their passions and commitment to helping and supporting individuals and families aand to keep this focus as they go about daily work.
Our goal is to:
- Provide high quality service for our clients to set clear and obtainable goals for our staff
- Make sure clients are always treated with respect
- Make sure services are always treated with respect
- Make sure staff view clients as the designer and coordinator of their service plans abd
- Make sure staff understands that it is their role to ensure that services happen as clients design them.
